How do i find my items?
At the “My Stash” page, type the name of the item. The result will show you where the item is located.
With our reference number automatically generated, it is easier to locate the physical storage box.

What is a reference no? and how do i use it?
Each sticker labels has a reference no that is auto generated to match the reference no on the label.
When there are many storage boxes tagged by QR Code, it is much easier & faster to use this reference number to find the correct box.
Can i search by scanning the QR code?
Yes you can. Follow these steps:
- From our free app, launch the camera
- Point the camera at each sticker label.
- It will auto retrieve the items in the box.
Will my own labels and QR codes work?
Our smart app uses a proprietary encoded QR code that can only detect labels purchased from our website.

How do i sign up for an account?
After installing our app, launch it and click on the sign up button.
Enter valid email and password. That’s it!
I forgot my password. Can i reset it?
At the login page, there is a forgot password reset link. Enter the registered email and a reset password link will be sent.

Can i track my order?
